Hi, I'm Stephen
I am a pursuer of knowledge, a lover of wisdom and am a student of the world. My mission in life is to help people explore the unknown and discover the divine spark within them through philosophy, spirituality and self-improvement.
One of my favourite quotes goes:

All these aspirations are directed toward ennobling man's life, lifting it from the sphere of mere physical existence and leading the individual toward freedom."

And I live by this idea. I think one of the most exciting parts of life is seeing the interconnectedness of all these different disciplines and applying this knowledge to better your life. Because personal growth and self development shouldn't be one-dimensional. Everything is connected - and getting to know the nature of the universe, reality or God is also the journey of getting to know and understand ourselves.

Philosophy
Philosophy, in its literal sense, means "love of wisdom". I got into reading philosophy because I love exploring diverse perspectives on the nature of reality.

Spirituality
Spirituality refers to our transcendent connection to the universe. I see spirituality as two journeys in parallel, the journey of getting to know the world and the universe of getting to know ourselves.
自強不息
Self-Improvement
I can't see philosophy and spirituality without self-improvement. Philosophy and spirituality equips us with the knowledge on how to live a better life, and self-improvement is the action and application of what we learn to live out the wisdom we've gained.
